Privacy · the plain-language version

Your information is for serving you.

This notice explains what the Site Sourcery website and inquiry forms collect, why we use it, who helps us process it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Who is responsible

Site Sourcery is an alternate name used by Desiderata Labs LLC. Desiderata Labs LLC is responsible for the information covered by this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@sitesourcery.com or made by calling (321) 788-2555.

What this website collects

  • Information you submit: your name, business, town, contact detail, project selections, existing website, and the message or brief you write.
  • Messages you send directly: the contents and routing details of calls, texts, and emails you choose to send us.
  • Basic delivery and security data: hosting and form providers may process IP address, browser, device, timestamp, request, and anti-abuse information needed to deliver and protect their services.
  • Your display preference: this site stores a theme setting in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us and is not used to track you.

This website does not intentionally run advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use information to answer your inquiry, prepare or discuss a requested project, operate and secure the website and forms, prevent abuse, keep appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a project inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

  • GitHub Pages hosts and delivers this static website.
  • Web3Forms receives form submissions, performs anti-abuse checks, and forwards submissions to our designated inbox. Its own retention and security practices are governed by its current service terms and privacy policy.
  • Our email and communications providers transmit and store the messages needed to reply to you.
  • Professional advisers or authorities receive information only when reasonably necessary for accounting, legal compliance, security, or the protection of rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We aim to delete an inquiry that does not become a project no later than 24 months after the last interaction. If you become a customer, we retain the project, transaction, consent, tax, and dispute records needed for the relationship and applicable legal periods. Providers may keep short-lived security logs and backups under their own retention schedules.

Your choices

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your information, provide a copy, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw consent for future contact. We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days unless a legal obligation or active dispute requires a limited record to be retained. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is really yours.

Automation projects and your customers

This notice covers Site Sourcery’s own website and inquiries. The Hive is not currently a public production service. Before any future automation deployment, the project would need to identify who controls customer information, the enabled providers and data flows, permissions, access controls, retention, deletion, opt-out handling, incident response, and project-specific processing terms.

Children, security & changes

This business website and its inquiry forms are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. We will update the date and this notice before materially changing how the forms or production services use information.
