Questions & answers

Straight answers.

The real questions people ask before they hand a stranger their name online — answered plainly. Nothing dodged, and no fine print doing the dodging for us. Prefer to just ask a person? That door's right here.

¶ 01

Is it really custom, or a template with my logo slapped on?

Genuinely custom. Every done-for-you site is drawn from scratch for your trade, your town, and your own photos — and I check each one against every other site I've built, so no two come out the same.

The cheap do-it-yourself plan builds you a real new site from your words too — just without me hand-directing every piece — and I'm always straight about which one you're getting.

¶ 02

Who actually builds it — a robot?

AI does the heavy lifting; a real person is the promise. The AI builds fast — the same way this site and daarx.money were built — and then I go over every one by hand for taste and truth before a word of it goes live under your name.

Nothing half-finished, and nothing invented, ever ships on its own. That once-over is the whole reason to trust the rest.

¶ 03

How long does it take?

Days, not weeks. Most first drafts are ready within a few days of your brief. Then we go back and forth until it looks right, and it goes live.

In a hurry? Say so, and I'll tell you straight whether I can hit your date.

¶ 04

What if I don't like it?

Tell me what's off and I fix it — the back-and-forth is included, not billed by the change. And you've got 30 days: if it's still not right, cancel inside the month and you've paid nothing.

I'd rather rebuild it till you love it than put your name on something you don't.

¶ 05

Do I own it?

Yes — and exactly this: the finished site file and your web address are yours, genuinely portable, and I help you take them once the build's paid off. It's your name; you should hold the keys.

¶ 06

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel anytime, and the site file and web address stay yours. What stops is the stuff that runs on my accounts — hosting, updates, text-to-change, and things like online booking, call tracking, and live review pulls — because those live on my keys, not yours.

No exit fee, and never a file held for ransom. I'd rather you stay because it's working than because you're stuck.

¶ 07

What's the catch with the 30-day trial?

None. I take a card to start — then you've got 30 days. If it isn't right, cancel inside the month and you're not out a cent. Risk-free means risk-free.

¶ 08

How much is it, and how is it this cheap?

There's a plan for every budget: do-it-yourself from about $9 a month, done-for-you from $79 a month with nothing up front, or a bigger custom build from $500 plus a low monthly. The pricing page lays out the whole range.

How's it affordable? A custom site like this used to mean a $3,000–5,000 agency and weeks of waiting. AI did the slow part fast — the quality didn't drop, the labor did.

No catch: I don't sell ads, I don't resell your info, and there's no lock-in. I earn on the monthly care, so I only win if your site keeps working for you.

¶ 09

Will AI actually recommend me?

Here's the honest version: nobody can promise a ranking, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can do is build the site in your area that AI can read and quote most easily — so when someone asks their phone for the best plumber near them, yours is the name that's easy to hand over — and prove every month what it's doing: calls, bookings, where you rank.

I control the site and the proof. I stay honest about the rest.

¶ 10

Do I have to log into a dashboard?

Never. You don't touch a line of code or a control panel. Text me a change and I make it; once a month, one plain note lands — how many calls, how many booked, where you rank. That's the whole relationship.

¶ 11

I already have a website or domain. Can you use it?

Yes. I rebuild it properly and bring your web address across — I handle the move. You keep your address; it just finally points at a site that earns it.

Ask a person

Still have a question? A real person reads it.

Not a queue, not a bot, not a ticket number. One person in South Jersey, who also happens to build the sites — write, and you'll hear back.

A real person reads this hello@sitesourcery.com

Ask anything — what it costs, whether your trade's a fit, what it'd take to move a site you already have. Plain answer, no sales script.

Prefer we call you? Leave your number — a person calls, not a robocall. Every way to reach us

Want to see it before you ask anything? Start with a free preview of your own site — a real 60-second sketch, not the finished thing. Your real one is built from scratch, with your photos, and looks better.
